"Since our initial enquiry to back in 2008 when we were looking to change premises we have found Michelle has been very helpful, when the site was still in the early stages of construction we need plans of the site and assistance with location and preparation of various legal documentation for us to submit an application to VOSA for our new MOT station, Michelle assisted us with all this information making a complicated application much easier by understanding our requirements.
Over the last four years as our company structure has changed, Michelle has been able to support us with these changes by various lease options allowing us to expand without the risk of lengthy leasing terms.
